DMR has 5 Ranges with over 300 steel plates throughout the facility out to 2 MILES!

- Main Range: The main range has over 90 steel plates past 100 yards, paper targets within 100 yards, rimfire targets as well as pistol targets. The main range is open year around with heaters under the shooting benches as well as overhead to make it comfortable even in the winter.

- ELR Field Range: Located at our Lookout Tower, the field style ELR Range has multiple stage locations that enable shooters to engage steel targets from mountain to mountain over multiple canyons. The stages enable shooters to engage steel in a circular course that 240 degrees of direction as well as up and down angles +/- 9 degrees.

- Hunter Range: The Hunter course of fire is along one of the ranch's ridges about 1.25 miles in length with stages along the way from 100-800+ yards. Stages can include High Angles up to about 24 degrees.

- ELR Heavy and Light: Designed specifically for traditional ELR shooting, this range boasts steel stages that extend to just over 2 MILES! We have remote cameras and flashers that help identify impacts.

- Tactical Range: Nestled in a canyon at the Ranch, our Tactical range allows shooters to have move-N-shoot stages with multi-gun disciplines.​
Book a Long-Range Shooting Experience with your Group!
Our MOST POPULAR activity at the Ranch is having groups book the Long-Range Shooting Experiences where our professional instructors, using our Match Grade Rifles and Equipment, help participants shoot longer distances with more accuracy than they have ever shot! All rifles are suppressed and the range is comfortable year around enabling participants to shoot interactive targets at all distances up to about 1,300 yards. Even new shooters can often reach distances of 1,000 to 1,300 yards in our classes.

About Our Company
DMR Gun & Knife Works was founded with the simple goal of providing our guests with an unparalleled shooting experience at our private range located at DMR Resort in Cub River, Idaho. However, we quickly realized that our facility could be so much more than that. We opened our doors to the local community, offering a wide range of services, including gun and knife sales, classes, and a gun club to bring together individuals with a shared passion for firearms. At DMR Gun & Knife Works, we're committed to providing a safe and enjoyable shooting experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Whether you're a seasoned shooter or just starting out, we invite you to come visit us and experience all that we have to offer.
Are you a non-club member?
We would like to remind all visitors that we are a private members-only gun club, and as such, we are not a public shooting range. Non-members are welcome to join us by being accompanied by a club member for $15 per day. In addition to range access, we offer a variety of amenities to non-members, including classes and private as well as group trainings. Our calendar has our scheduled times listed, but if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to give us a call. We look forward to welcoming you to the DMR Gun Club.
